Business Analyst - Key Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in analyzing the requirements of Product Owners (PO) and customers, developing documentation, managing requirements, transferring business requirements to the team, and ensuring consistency throughout the development and implementation process to meet PO/customer expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Analysis:
- Analyze and clarify requirements from the Product Owner (PO) and customers.
- Develop models and solutions based on the gathered requirements.
2. Documentation Development:
- Write software business requirement specifications and use case documentation.
- Create prototype designs.
- Develop system user guides and documentation.
3. Product/Solution Development:
- Participate in research and development of new products.
- Provide business insights and recommendations based on analysis and research.
- Communicate requirements effectively and support project members and managers in understanding customer needs.
Support Tasks:
1. Customer/User Support:
- Conduct user training sessions and provide support in product usage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when they arise.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Knowledge & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis.
- Preference for candidates with experience and knowledge of AI Vision solutions (Computer Vision AI).
- Understanding of software development processes.
- Awareness of company and customer business strategies (e.g., identifying key problems and solutions within the customer's current context).
2. Skills:
- Analytical & Design Skills: Ability to organize, classify, clarify, and validate requirements from stakeholders (internal teams, customers). Proficiency in documentation, modeling, solution identification, and estimating ROI for proposed solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively gather and interpret PO/customer requirements, including eliciting implicit or unspoken needs.
- Planning & Execution: Ability to plan, oversee implementation, and report progress.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Technical Documentation: Experience with BPMN, SRS, US, and UC documentation. Familiarity with modeling tools such as Visio...
