Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling software products and services (SaaS) and tailored solutions to B2B clients to achieve sales targets.
You will take on the following tasks:
Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop sales plans based on assigned targets
- Search for and develop new clients/sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and procurement processes
- Lead or participate in product demos and presentations
- Prepare proposals, consult, and present solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Lead contract negotiation and signing; oversee bidding document preparation (if applicable)
- Participate in contract implementation, customer care, and debt collection
- Prepare sales activity reports and track progress toward targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
COMIT is looking for team members with the following qualifications:
1. Knowledge & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in selling IT products, services, or solutions to customers in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in selling time attendance or HR software is a plus
- Solid understanding of SaaS products and solutions
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in AI and software is a plus
