RF Engineer (Fresher)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Participate in project implementation

  • Take part in planning and deploying radio network design and optimization projects.
  • Carry out services related to radio network design and optimization such as coverage design, parameter optimization for BSC/RNC/MME/Cell, etc.
  • Prepare technical reports for network design and optimization.
  • Provide consultancy and support to clients in design and optimization projects.
  • Assist in project acceptance and handover processes involving optimization services.

2. Participate in training activities

  • Attend departmental and company-wide training programs.
  • Contribute to the development of department-level training programs.
  • Assist in the delivery of departmental training initiatives.

3. Research technology trends in RAN design & optimization

  • Study emerging technologies and trends in RAN design and optimization services.
  • Present relevant technologies and solutions upon request by the company.

You’re a great fit for this position if you:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Radio Engineering, or a related field, with a GPA of 2.8 or above.
  • Are familiar with optimization and analysis tools such as TDD, NEMO, MapInfo, Google Earth, etc.
  • Have a basic understanding of radio networks: 2G/3G/4G/5G.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication tools.
  • No prior experience is required. Candidates with experience in radio network design and optimization are preferred.
  • Have good English skills for reading technical documents and basic communication (equivalent to TOEIC 550 or above).
