Sales Product Owner - Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Product Owner (PO), you will be responsible for directing and developing the company’s AI Vision product from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. You will ensure the product meets market needs, delivers value to users, and contributes to the company’s growth.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Defining Product Vision & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
  • Propose and present new product ideas.
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap.

2. Product Lifecycle Management:

  • Plan product development.
  • Create & manage the product backlog, including user stories, features, and bug tracking. Keep the backlog updated to reflect customer changes.
  • Prioritize backlog items to align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define acceptance criteria, test products, and ensure quality before launch.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, experts, and software/hardware integration teams to ensure successful product development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and technological advancements to continuously improve the product.
  • Implement Agile methodologies in product development, oversee sprint planning, and evaluate results.
  • Train and provide ongoing support to the sales and customer service teams.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PO for SaaS technology products. Candidates with AI Vision experience are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development processes.
  • Basic knowledge of AI Vision.
  • Awareness of market trends and emerging technologies.

2. Skills:

  • Research & Analysis: Ability to assess customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
  • Effective Communication & Presentation: Clear and structured communication to align customer requirements with development teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Management Skills: Planning, prioritization, resource allocation, execution, and progress control.
