COMIT fired burning my soul, blew into my heart the enthusiasm, pushed me beyond my physical limit, created opportunities for me to touch new things, gave me great teammates and an absolutely lovely opponent. hardly

As a new member of the COMIT family, I will give my best to support and help to grow with the company, hoping we gain more experience and a lot of knowledge as the company rises and helping us encounter different challenges ahead. The event helps us “the new members” too be formal and get to know each other. Having lunch, talking about their working experienced and KTV sing along is like college life, they don’t pressure us to become a working robot, but preparing us to become a wise worker.

For my 8 years working experience, this is the first time that I had experience this kind of event and I think this is good for the company to practice team work. “Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. This concept is seen within the greater framework of a team, which is a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal”. And also, this is a good bonding between management and employees.

It was a great and fun experience for me to be able to join this event. It is not all about the prize that matter, it’s all about the unity of every team and on how they cope to the situations and challenges that they encounter during the event. “TEAM BEMBANG IS THE BEST” I must say that even we are not the champion, we enjoyed, we encourage each other and we do our best to be able to finished the race and the marathon. Even it’s been a busy and crazy week for the team before this event happened. Top that off with some time well spent with the brilliant folks at work, and COMIT’s easily one of the best work place to be. Proud Comiter here!

Now COMIT become my second family and I have many warm hearted family members. I am very lucky to be a COMITer. I am very proud to be a member of the magnificent HR Team. Thanks God, to give me a chance to be a part of great environment and for many unforgettable memories for my life.

We ran together, got tired together, we bonded. So I realized, this is why they're pumped. Not because of the money but because of the memories we will make, because we will bond together not just as coworkers but as friends and I was glad that I realized that, because we did make a lot of memories and I did create new bonds. This was not a competition between two teams. This was a team building for all of us and I am glad that I was a part of this.

Joining COMIT, I was really surprised at many things that I have not had before in other companies. The people here have made me feel like a family, blow into my heart the spirit of strong dedication to work. I believe that I can contribute to the strong development of COMIT.
