COMIT has been awarded a project of mobile network optimization from VNP (VinaPhone) - the third largest mobile operator in Vietnam.

COMIT Telecom Services Corp. (a subsidiary of COMIT Corporation) is about completing its 1st stage of testing Electro-Magnetic Field and earth resistance for VMS (MobiFone). The 1st stage covers about 700 BTSs in Hanoi and HCMC. The 2nd stage will cover over 1500 BTSs in other provinces.

Viettel selected COMIT's solution for DWDM network: JDSU MTS-8000 Optical Network Testers.
JDSU MTS-8000 is a portable tester that can provide DWDM users with all testing functions in one platform. It has the industry-leading size and weight(e.g., platform + transport module is less than 7 kg), interchangeable modules, automatic testing in seconds, remote control via Ethernet and fiber.

VMS selected COMIT's Drive Test, Transport Test and Spectrum Analyzer solutions for ensuring its network's QoS.
The Nemo Drive Test is now the leading air interface test tool for mobile networks around the world. It is the No.1 drive test tool in Vietnam, widely used in networks of VMS, VNP and Viettel. It is the standard tool, used by PTQC (Post & Telematics Quality Control Directorate, Ministry of Information and Communications) for benchmarking mobile networks.
The JDSU ANT-20 Advanced Network Tester is also a standard test tool for transport networks around the world. It can be said that all transport networks in Vietnam are using this tool for troubleshooting and maintaining purposes. It is widely used in VMS, VTN, VTI, Viettel, etc.
The Willtek 9102 is a multi-function tester that provides antenna/feeder test, RF spectrum analyzer, RF frequency counter and RF power meter. It has been used for ensuring the operation of VMS base stations for serveral years.

Viettel chose COMIT as the bid winner to provide 50 sets of optical arc fusion splicer Fujikura FSM-50S to support its various splicing tasks with user-selectable front and back monitor positioning. This is the bid with biggest volume of optical arc fusion splicer that COMIT has ever gained; increased the total number of arc fusion splicer Fujikura supplied by COMIT to Viettel to 80 sets.
