Ericssion Has Renewed 24x7 Hotline Support for Its Sync Network in Vietnam Articles / Date: Jun 14, 2010 - 06:47 AM COMIT has just signed a renewal contract with Ericsson Vietnam for providing 24x7 hotline support for a synchronization network that Ericsson is managing for Vietnam Mobile (a mobile operator in Vietnam). The hotline support will be 24x7 basis and cover whole Vietnam. The scope of work covers from part replacement to technical problem solving. Vietnam Mobile and Ericsson has deployed Symmetricom's sync solutions. COMIT engineers were familar with those solutions since 2001 when they distributed and supported them in some projects with VNPT/VTN. Beside that, COMIT is the only company that has the right mix of the telecom network troubleshooting capability, testing tools and expertise, and nationwide presence.
