VNPT Group, the largest telecom operator in Vietnam, has selected COMIT's fusion splicing solution, the Fujikura FSM-60S.
VNPT is deploying the largest FTTH netwrok in Vietnam. The network will cover almost cities/provinces across the country. It has a need of hundreds of optical arc fusion splicers for splicing its optical network. The solution of COMIT has been selected due to good commercial offer and, especially, excellent technical performance as well technical support.
VNPT has been using hundreds of Fujikura splicers including FSM-30S, FSM-40S, FSM-50S and FSM-60S. This product line is well-known with low splicing loss, accuracy and fast splicing. The latest Fujikura FSM-60S supports Vietnamese interface. This brings great value to Vietnam end-users, espeacially, for technicians with limited English capability.
VNPT is not only customer of Fujikura FSM-series in Vietnam. They have been used in many other customers, e.g., Viettel, Saigon Postel, EVN and EVN Telecom, etc. COMIT has also exported Fujikura FSM-series to Laos and Cambodia.
COMIT has constantly maintained its #1 postion in optical arc fusion splicer solution, with over 50% marketshare annually.
